Bushwick Cowboys + OOF

The Cowboys are back, along with skronky fun post-punk group OOF!

Bushwick Cowboys channel ecstatic repetition, blown-out psychedelia, free improvisation, and punk energy into sprawling, shape-shifting performances. Featuring members of CSC Funk Band, Gold Dime, Yvette, Chat Logs, and DUH, they blur the boundaries between experimental songwriting and collective improvisation, creating trance rock propelled by driving rhythms, melody, and noise.

OOF is a trio based in New York w/baritone sax + sweet/growling vocals. Their fifth album is out now on 20/20 Records and Tapes. Since 2017, they’ve composed songs both raucous and harmonically complex with social commentary about our mundane or political lives. They have been compared to The Ex, The Raincoats, and Morphine “with absolutely no chill”.
